Rental Process:

• Application fee per person (age 18 & over)
  
• $300 Security deposit
• 2 forms of identification
• 2 most recent, consecutive paycheck stubs,
  W-2 or hire letter

Lease Terms:

• 12 month lease
• 3 and 6 month leases offered at an additional premium

Pet Policy:

• Cats and dogs welcome!
• 2 pets maximum
• $300 refundable pet deposit & $35/month rent
• Certain breeds restricted.  Call for details.
